Bucuresti, 19 Septembrie: Faimosii bucatari Chef Pothibanthit si Chef Ruanmun vor sarbatori in Romania Thai Food Festival in perioada 24 – 30 septembrie. Evenimentul organizat de Crowne Plaza Bucuresti reuneste un turneu gastronomic al simturilor, lectii de gatit sustinute de bucatari thailandezi, dar si experiente culinare exotice pentru pasionatii aromelor orientale.
Iubitorii aventurilor culinare se vor delecta timp de o saptamana cu o varietate de mancaruri traditionale thailandeze, pline de arome autentice, printre care se numara: Por pia top – pachetele de primavara, Tod mun gong – tort de creveti prajit cu sos dulce de chili, Tom yam goong – supa picanta cu iarba de lamaie si creveti, Gaeng kiew vaan moo – friptura de porc in curry verde, Gai Pad Med Mamuang – pui sote cu nuci acaju, Ped ob nam peung – rața la cuptor cu sos de miere, Khao niew mamoung – Mango proaspat cu orez dulce si sos de nuca de cocos.

2 MASTER CHEFS FROM BANGKOK BRING THAI FLAVOURS IN ROMANIA
Bucharest, 19th September: The famous Chef Pothibanthit and Chef Ruanmun will celebrate the Thai Food Festival in Romania between 24 and 30 September. The event, organised by Crowne Plaza Bucharest, will gather an aromatic gastronomic tour, cooking lessons held by Thai chefs and special exotic culinary experiences for oriental flavours enthusiasts.
Culinary adventures fans will enjoy for one week a variety of traditional Thai dishes, full of authentic flavours, including Por pia top – Deep fried vegetable spring roll, Tod mun gong – Fried shrimp cake with sweet chili sauce, Tom yam goong – Spicy soup with lemon grass and tiger prawns, Gaeng kiew vaan moo – Pork in green curry, Gai Pad Med Mamuang – Sautéed chicken with cashew nut, Ped ob nam peung – Roasted duck with honey sauce, Khao niew mamoung – Fresh mango with sweet sticky rice and coconut sauce.
All the dishes will be prepared by the special guest chefs of the event from Crowne Plaza Bangkok: Chef Pothibanthit and Chef Ruanmun, along with Crowne Plaza Bucharest Executive Chef, Ashlie Dias. A master of Asian cuisine, Chef Ashlie Dias has over 16 years of experience in Miami, India and Romania.
Based on 5 different flavours, hot, salty, sweet, bitter, sour, Thai cuisine will indulge the senses of those who choose an Asian culinary experience for the last week of September. Those who want to have a gastronomic adventure can choose between dinner and lunch with a la carte menu, varied Thai buffet dinner and also a Thai Sunday Brunch. Moreover, those who want to leave their creativity loose can learn new cooking techniques in a special class with our Thai chefs on Thursday, 27th September.
